The Wi-Fi toggle button is hidden in Windows Settings and isn't visible in the Action Center. You need to open the Settings app to access it.

Ensure the WiFi adapter is activated. On an older laptop, a tangible switch for WiFi may be present. After enabling, it should appear listed.

Second image captured. I can't view that display to interact with it, though I have the toggle if the action panel appears. It just ceased functioning after a restart. Checked the control panel screen—it still shows "no internet connectable."
