Over the last six months, I've been unable to access my Origin account and consequently can’t play the games stored within. I attempted reinstalling the program, but this has not resolved the issue. When I open Origin and then right-click on its icon in the lower-right corner of my screen, no commands appear—there are no options such as “open Origin” or “exit Origin.” Could anyone offer assistance?

I’m certain there’s a solution to this problem. You'll need to completely reinstall Windows. Simply insert your Windows disc into a CD drive and initiate the boot process from it, or use a USB drive containing the Windows ISO file to format your hard drive and subsequently reinstall the operating system. This method will resolve the issue, however, it will erase all data that hasn’t been saved as a backup and require you to reinstall all your applications. Proceed with caution.

Please execute this with elevated privileges.

No, it’s not functioning correctly; I've already configured Origin to run as administrator persistently. I intend to create a video demonstrating the issue on my screen.

Navigate to your Origin installation directory. Remove the file 'origin.exe' and change the name of ‘originTMP’ to ‘origin’. Afterwards, start the program. However, ensure that 'originTMP' is present beforehand.

Here’s a different version of that text:

“Have you checked out this video? [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jXVwI5D5uss](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jXVwI5D5uss) Unfortunately, it's not functioning correctly, and I also don’t have the OriginTMP.”

I’m certain of a solution that will resolve this issue. You’ll need to perform a complete reinstallation of Windows. Simply insert the Windows disc into a CD drive and initiate startup from it, or use a USB drive containing the Windows ISO to format your hard drive and subsequently reinstall the operating system. This will address the problem, however it will erase all data not previously backed up and require you to reinstall every application and setting. Proceed with caution.
