Hello there, for some reason when ever i try to delete files from folders created by Windows like, PF, PF(x86), and other folders outside of the main user dir when i try to do so, it says i don't have admin permission, but there is no other user, and when i check i do have myself as admin IDK whats going on PLEASE HELP!

I struggle to communicate with them, even Pip can't reach those when installation is required.
