Every time I start up my computer, I encounter the remote procedure call failed error. The only thing displayed is a black screen showing "remote procedure call failed" in the middle.

Start by accessing the troubleshooting options in Windows (press F12 until recovery appears) and attempt to fix your files. If that fails, reinstall Windows.
