Unable to access BIOS, yet it appears to be present in Windows 11.
Hello, I just finished an update for Windows 11. Now I can’t access the BIOS even though I think it’s there. When I power on and press DEL, I don’t reach the desktop. All three monitors shut down and stay off, as if I was in another BIOS setup that isn’t present. Restarting or booting up brings me to the password screen normally. This is the consistent behavior right now, and all 18 fans are running at full speed—though the noise is really annoying. I’m stuck trying to fix this issue, even after resetting the CMOS and checking online advice. Hope someone can help with this! Thanks.
just in case it isn't for a specific reason, you have an i7 12700k @ 4.8GHz OC (EKWB) / Msi Edge WiFi DDR4 / Asus Strix 1080 TI OC (EKWB) / Acer XB327 270Hz, HP LP2475w, ASUS VC239, SONY KDL40D3000 / Lian Li Dynamic 011XL / 16GB Corsair Domiator Platinum 3600 / Samsung 980 Pro 1TB NVMe SSD, Serpentine 1TB NVMe SSD, Samsung 850 EVO 500GB, Samsung 860 PRO SSD (RAID), 2 TB Seagate HDD / Seasonic TX 1000W Titanium / EK-FC1080 Ti GTX ASUS Strix RGB GPU Block, EK-Supremacy EVO, EK-CoolStream XE 360 [6x120 Thermaltake]
You remove the GPU and connect a monitor to the motherboard's video port, then power on the system. This setup can cause display issues or prevent proper booting depending on your hardware configuration.
I'll review the bios, confirm the GPU is turned off, reinstall it, and set up just one monitor.
