He friend just assembled a PC without any operating system installed. It displays messages like "Press DEL or F2 to access BIOS" but doesn’t function properly. We’ve checked everything—keyboard works elsewhere, USB ports are available, and we updated the BIOS via USB, yet it still fails. After turning off the machine, we shorted the CMOS pins for ten seconds, but nothing changed. No OS is present on the M.2 drive or HDD, so we’re stuck. Any suggestions?
