Unable to access BIOS or Windows setup.
Hello everyone, I’m facing several issues and really need assistance. My PC won’t boot, so I’ve been typing on my phone. The problem seems to involve multiple factors. I tried accessing the BIOS but kept seeing a black screen until Windows started. I switched monitors, mostly using HDMI, then used the built-in graphics. I disconnected the hard drive and even used a screwdriver to connect the CMOS battery, but after putting it back in everything still didn’t work. Now my PC powers on, but none of the monitors show anything. I’m sitting next to it trying to fix it, and I’d really appreciate any help you can offer, as this is my only computer and I need it quickly.
In theory it suffices, yet a 5-minute test is wise for sage assessments.
You tested the device by leaving it off for ten minutes, then plugging it back in and connecting only essential peripherals. The PC started up but nothing appeared on the screen. Additionally, your issue began when you attempted to reset the CMOS by removing the battery. Initially, the problem was a black screen during boot into BIOS. After resetting the device, it now boots into BIOS, yet still displays a black screen, preventing any further action.
