The system has a TUF B550-plus Wi-Fi with 5800x resolution, showing a screen but failing to respond to F2 or DEL for BIOS access, causing a freeze.

Check if it's a fresh installation or a sudden change. Disconnect the CMOS battery for a moment, reinsert it, restart power, and see if it works.

You receive a display setup. Be aware that AMD's initial posts may require more time, so verify your RAM fits correctly and is properly installed.

I've changed my RAM several times on the Tuf gaming display.

You're unsure about the display or possibly a RAM issue. It's unclear how long you've been waiting or the highest wait time recorded.

Could it be a freeze screen issue?

Do you have more than one RAM stick installed? Have you attempted to start the system by switching them one by one?
