Reddit has experienced some issues before, yet it remains Reddit itself. It's surprising we haven't faced a major AWS outage lately. That could trigger the chaos.

It’s possible Amazon could have pre-built containers with connectivity and power, ready for rapid deployment to major global locations. I’d think SF, SAC-LA, and SD would perform better than NYC to Chicago considering the concentration of data centers in those areas.

Microsoft is facing challenges with recent changes to Office 365 subscriptions and migration to OneDrive and SharePoint Online. They have imposed strict restrictions and significantly limited our services, making them unusable. They shifted the blame to our tools, specifically mentioning Sharegate, a certified Microsoft partner. It seems they’re focusing more on acquiring new customers rather than supporting current ones.

This means reduced funds, making it impossible to proceed. Fingers crossed this finally shows people the cloud isn’t worth it. It looks like Zoom is performing well with its 500%+ increase. I’d guess companies such as BackBlaze aren’t paying attention to the surge.

We enjoy fast gigabit connections, affordable prices, and switching providers is simple. Many opt to change when contracts end. Companies are lowering data limits on mobile and broadband, offering free calls, and trying to support those facing unemployment or reduced income who can’t afford their bills. In short, the UK focuses on helping its people during tough times, unlike situations where others might be left behind without medical coverage.

I haven’t noticed any improvements and I’m still able to stream in 4K on most platforms. Also, I’m not using a premium provider and my connection speeds aren’t optimal. It’s been significantly affected.

Most of Europe has implemented policies for several weeks instead of just handling it like a flu outbreak, allowing people to continue working or streaming on Netflix. Since the UK is the main gateway to the Atlantic from Europe, the bulk of connections between the continent and America pass through our systems.
