I've attached a picture showing what occurs on my computer when it experiences heavy usage. The interface seems to disappear and reappear slightly when the mouse hovers over specific spots. Notifications also behave similarly, hiding details without showing anything. This issue has persisted for several months, and even after reinstalling Windows on a brand-new SSD, it continues to occur.

1. Press the Windows button + X on your keyboard, a small dialogue box will appear.
2. Select Command Prompt (Admin). It must be executed with administrator privileges.
3. On the command prompt, type sfc /scannow and press Enter.
4. If everything is fine and no errors appear, restart your computer and check if the problem persists.

The explorer resolved the issue successfully. I’d like to understand the root cause and see if there’s a method to prevent it in the future.
