Just push the newest branch—they install updates fast, usually within a year. If you're on version 10, try the latest feature update. You can download it from here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software.../windows10

Reminder, OEM keys aren't compatible. They're tied to the exact Windows version installed on the device. Retail keys function equally well for both x86 and x64 architectures.

I believe the NSA collects far more useful data from your Android device, Chrome browser (which monitors you even when using incognito mode), and Google services (integrated into nearly every site you visit through Google Analytics). This information is far more valuable than the trivial telemetry they gather.
