They provided the network details you needed, and after using the ping command for 8.8.8.8, the connection resolved. However, still can't access the internet. It seems the DNS configuration might be the issue. I changed it to Google and everything worked. Thanks!
Check your IP details. The gateway is set to pingable. Public addresses like 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8 are reachable via ping.
