Hello! You're trying to install Ubuntu 64-bit on your old SONY Vaio PCG-4V1M laptop, but the system says it needs an x86-64 CPU and only found i686 support. Since you can't use VMs or missing options in BIOS, here are some steps you might try:

The Atom CPU is a 32-bit processor, not a 64-bit model. 32-bit CPUs are no longer compatible with Ubuntu; you'll need to install Ubuntu 16.04 -- http://releases.ubuntu.com/16.04/ubuntu-...so.torrent

You’ll need a 32-bit version of Ubuntu, likely 16.04 LTS. Consider using Lubuntu for compatibility. Make sure your CPU is 32-bit as well.
