Server update completed from Ubuntu 20.10 to 21.04. Hard drives now spin normally after reboot. Previously, using sudo hdparm -S set a shutdown time, but it didn't work post-update. Checking with sudo hdparm -B shows some drives still have APM_level issues. The Seagate ST3000DM001 on the same controller is functioning correctly. Need advice on resolving the remaining problems.
