Installed Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. Device 8126 6.5, latest version available. I located the LAN driver but installation needs make which I can't run due to no internet connection. I saved the build essentials URLs to a USB stick, yet I can't download them with wget—it just shows HTML. The second machine is a Mac. Updated: now modprobe reports ERROR: could not insert 'r8126'—service rejected the key.
