Ubuntu 24.04 beta with gnome adjustments for user x themes issue
It seems the changes under 24.04 beta for the gnome tweaks have removed the theme option, leaving only legacy, icons, and cursors. The user x themes extension is also problematic and not functioning properly. Others have reported this issue, and there appears to be no official fix yet.
