I found a way to fix the issue on my own. If you have Wi-Fi but get an error—like authentication failure or wrong password—try these steps: First, check if your network is set to automatically connect to 5GHz. Then visit your ISP’s site to change the Wi-Fi password and enable the 2.4GHz channel as well. Both channels can coexist, just use different names. Next, attempt to connect using the 2.4GHz band. It may be slower, but it will work. I used Manjaro and this method helped me. Let me know if it works for you.
