Exploiting means losing your chance to play. There are no exceptions or possibilities. If you find a flaw, you're responsible for the loss. The game includes PvP, which might affect other players.

The rules are clear about exploiting loopholes to evade taxes, yet this situation seems treated differently. Most platforms have guidelines warning against glitches, bugs, or cheating, and now they’re facing consequences for it.

I don't know anyone who understands the terms, and a game feels quite different from taxes.

IF YOU IGNORE THIS AND AGREE TO IT, YOU'RE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONSEQUENCES!!! Your attention to the details means you must follow the rules set in the ToS/EULA for the product. Signing those documents is just as important. Pay close attention to the text. You're focusing deliberately. If you think you can skip reading a legally required document, you won't have any right to complain when the company enforces its policies—especially after you've agreed to follow them.

Blizzard has been restricting access for a long time whenever you disagree—so if you don’t like it, ensure your move backfires by avoiding their titles and games.

No one examines legal texts, which means actions like theft, rape, murder, etc., aren't considered crimes, and we're aware of this.

Sure. For a while, Ubisoft's rules were almost old-fashioned. I mostly stopped playing their games after AC4 because my UPlay account was banned for using third-party save files (my save got corrupted during a power outage).

They made huge mistakes in the Endgame. They didn’t fix anything for more than two weeks, and there were endless exploits, bugs, and glitches everywhere. Thousands of people on the Ubisoft Forum pleaded for a patch, but Ubisoft did nothing. Completely irresponsible.
