I recently purchased The Crew during the Steam Summer Sale, but it didn’t launch properly. I’m running an Intel Core i7 5820K at 3.8GHz with a Dual Core 970’s in my system. I reached out to Ubishit support, and they informed me that my setup doesn’t satisfy the minimum requirements for the game. They mentioned my processor is Intel Core2 Quad Q9300 @ 2.5GHz, while the game needs Intel Core2 Quad Q9400 @ 2.66GHz. I shared a link to their system requirements page. LMAO. Just switching to a Q9400 doesn’t fix the problem. This isn’t solving your issue but honestly, the Crew is pretty bad. The gameplay feels terrible, the multiplayer isn’t very engaging, and there aren’t many race routes—only about 15. You should consider getting a refund.

I'm not sure about the details, but it seems like a problem with my language skills. Ubisoft blocked my account for using the word "kum," and the support issue took a long time to fix.
