We operate a church network with 9 Ubiquiti APs, Gen 2 keys, and USG 3P. We discovered the USG 3P supports up to 200 devices. We're wondering if the Dream Machine Pro can manage 500 devices simultaneously.

After roughly five minutes of investigation, it appears there isn’t a strict limit on client count, though around 500 seems to be the point where performance starts to decline. This depends on factors like client types, firewall usage, and other features of the udm-pro system. If only basic support for congregants checking emails while listening to sermons is needed, you might expect a slightly larger group.

I’d still prefer an Edge Router X.
