I just hooked up my PC to this monitor and realized it’s not malfunctioning. After Windows loads the logo, a grey screen appears. I tried resetting the PC using factory settings, but it didn’t work. Now I’m stuck in the UEFI screen and need to know if anyone else has faced this issue before. I suspect the problem might be related to my graphics card—possibly an older AMD HD 6850. There could also be an SSD issue, since the system fails to load Windows and seems to disconnect the display afterward.

The monitor functions properly on another machine with the identical cable, suggesting a GPU issue. An SSD won't be responsible for this concern.
