Lorsque j'allume l'ordinateur, l'écran affiche un indicateur pour savoir si le PC est allumé ou éteint, mais il reste éteint et ne montre aucun signal. Mon câble fonctionne parfaitement, les ventilateurs tournent et il n'y a pas de sons de démarrage.

It seems like the system might be starting up. How long have you been waiting? Some server setups need a while to initialize after resetting (especially when CMOS is cleared). Do you have an extra GPU available that could be connected temporarily? Since there’s Windows installed, I’d attempt to boot and wait at least 10 minutes or more if needed, then check the network connection. A good router should display all connected devices via its web interface. Alternatively, if you have another Windows PC, running CMD with arp -a can reveal IP and MAC addresses before and after booting, helping you track changes.
