I changed my platform to AM5 yesterday and encountered an odd problem. My current setup includes an ASRock A620I Lightning 7950x3D 4070 Super G.Skill Flare X5 with 32GB (2x16GB) DDR5-6000 CL32 RAM, a Hynix M Die EVGA G5 750w Gold PSU, a Samsung 980 1b, and a 500GB SSD. I’ve already tried several troubleshooting steps—removing the hard drive and other SSDs, reinstalling Windows from USB, updating BIOS, and testing RAM slots individually. The issue seems to appear only when both RAM sticks are connected together. After resetting the BIOS, I managed to boot into Windows for about five minutes before it forced a restart repeatedly, each time taking slightly longer. I’m unsure what’s causing it and am looking for software fixes rather than hardware replacements since I don’t have other options.

The problem might stem from the cooler you're employing. Which one are you using?

It seems the system has a malfunction, as the RAM operates independently and doesn't function properly when paired. I’d consider switching to another unit. If the same problems persist with a different model, the issue likely lies with the board itself.
