Your setup allows for multiple internet connections and potentially dual network cards. You can run your streams on one LAN port while using another port for online gaming and a VPN to improve ping. The x570 supports multiple PCIe cards, so installing another should work. Just ensure the new card is compatible and properly connected. For streaming and gaming, consider using a dedicated network interface for each task to avoid conflicts. If you need guidance, look for tutorials on dual-NIC configurations or multi-gaming setups with VPN support.

VPN links that change your data path to another nation increase delay, they shouldn't eliminate ping completely. This isn't the goal of a VPN. The key focus should be on app compatibility. In particular, the program you employ must support a defined network port. Otherwise, it will default to the highest priority port in your network and sharing area.

I've been using TouchVPN to access EU servers while the SEA server for PUBG has few players. Without a VPN, ping stays above 200, but with it it drops to around 120-130. Many experts switch VPNs to their closest region for smoother play. I'm confident it helps.
