You can definitely set up Windows on your hackintosh. Since it only supports up to one NVMe SSD, you can partition the main drive and install Windows 10 there.

You can divide it, ensure the main drive is active, connect your USB stick or DVD drive, install Windows on the other partition, and proceed.
