I want an Intel i5 4460 as the CPU, but my friend said: "You can't livestream Battlefield 4 because it needs two cores, and Battlefield 4 also requires two cores." I'm not sure what they meant. That's why I brought this up.

There are four processing units available, which means you can play games and stream them—though likely not at the maximum settings. Still, a reliable internet connection is required. If you don’t have a strong one yet, it might be a problem.

You seem uncertain about the details, but it looks like you're talking about the streaming app. Make sure you follow its guidelines.

6core processor similar to FX6300, 6350, 8320, 8350 available. Upgrading to 16GB RAM for stability. Consider using a cable or high-speed Wi-Fi for optimal performance.

I don’t need to play Stream Battlefield 4 on Ultra. Can I still stream it with this CPU? My laptop specs will be added tomorrow.

I understand regarding the storage needs. If I need more than one copy weekly, I switch to a 16GB drive. I'm currently searching for an 8GB option.

The only option is to attempt this... it's pointless to seek opinions from others.

Oh yeah... it's silly me... You're still putting together the computer. It seems like some overclocking could let the i5 work. Not sure if it's worth getting an AMD CPU—they're outdated, unfortunately. Or maybe you can use a capture card and play on your laptop. That might be the most affordable option for streaming.
