Hi guys, I have a Gigabyte Aorux Elite Z790 motherboard and I’ve noticed the Fan RGB LEDs gradually brighten as more RPMs are required to spin them. To maintain optimal cooling, I created a profile in the BIOS keeping the pump and radiator fans at full speed, while adjusting other fans to a lower setting that still allows some RGB lighting. However, when I log into Windows, the fans reduce significantly and the pump and radiator fans stop working instead of running at 100%. The fans don’t emit RGB because they barely spin. What might be affecting these settings? I tried closing as many apps as possible to see if interference occurred. Here are the pictures of the issue: first one shows the PC booting, and the second shows everything turning quiet with the left and two bottom fans off:

Update your post with complete hardware details and operating system specifics. Provide the power supply unit specifications—make, model, wattage, age, and condition (original, build, refurbished, used). List all connected peripherals. Indicate whether the network connection is wired or wireless; additional information is required.
