When I reboot in Windows 10, Linux can't access my other drives or partitions. Since they use NTFS, the file system issue isn't the main problem. I'm trying to fix this situation. I haven't used hibernation yet (though I thought about it), so what's going on?

Open the power settings in the control panel and look for a checkbox labeled "FSAT boot."

I usually turn off fastboot in the power settings of Windows 10. I’ve noticed issues where programs and devices don’t work properly when fastboot is active.

Fast startup in Windows 10 means the program stores your recent session on the hard drive and restarts it automatically. It's quicker than a full cold start but may lead to problems like those seen with @mmk. In BIOS mode, fast boot skips certain pre-boot steps before launching.

Fast startup enabled was already disabled, right?

BIOS will follow, but it should remain off by default.
