You can turn off the integrated graphics by adjusting your system settings. Check your BIOS or AMD WebIQ settings to disable the RX 560X and free up memory for your R5 GPU.

When it functions identically to NVIDIA's Optimus, the screen remains linked to the integrated GPU. Turning off the integrated GPU also removes the display.

You can't completely turn off the IGPU, but you can always rely on the discrete GPU each time (because it's an AMD model, and I'm part of the Green team)
