I don’t understand why I can’t turn off sleep mode on my RPi running Raspbian. It’s supposed to help with performance. For Chromium, you might need to adjust settings or use a different method. Let me know if you’d like guidance!

Google informs me about disabling Screen Sleep on Raspberry Pi on August 26, 2016. The process involves going to Settings and selecting Disable Screen Sleep from the dropdown menu. This detail comes directly from Google’s records. For future reference, this is primarily a Linux OS topic, as Raspbian runs on a Linux distribution.

The configuration is based on a desktop environment that supports XFCE.
