Hello, I understand you'd like to turn off pop-ups since they can be bothersome. You already have an ad blocker in place, which is great!

Google Chrome should have an integrated tool for this. It has helped me avoid searching through options multiple times. You can find it here: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95472?hl=en
