Visit bios, advanced tab. Search for legacy USB support and turn it on. If there’s a generic mouse and keyboard selection, check its status and choose the desired setting. (It’s likely disabled by default.) After you’re comfortable with mouse and keyboard actions in Windows, update the USB 3.0 drivers. Hope this assists.
