Imo Sisoft Sandra, this program works well but takes a while to run. The output helps you check if it matches the frequency change. I don’t have a 3rd generation Ryzen, so I’m unsure if it’s the most demanding.

Use Cinebench R15 or R20 to check stability during initial tests. Run Prime95, Aida64, OCCT, or Asus Realbench for at least six hours. Keep your computer running normally while playing games for an extended period. Put it to sleep or hibernate for a long time, then restart. If you complete all these tasks without any crashes, freezes, or BSODs, your system is stable.
