Hi could someone please tell me if this is ok. Motherboards has 4 led check lights. its in this order 1) CPU 2) DRAM 3) VGA 4) BOOT When it reaches to DRAM it goes back to CPU and then again DRAM , VGA and BOOT.

Normal startup process, as long as it doesn't remain in one color for over five seconds, you're safe. And it should launch into Windows or your chosen operating system without issues.
