You're suggesting a different configuration where two 8-pin connectors are swapped. That might allow XMP to utilize the full speeds. Also, you mentioned it doesn't post and you can't reach the BIOS.

They're not ignoring the issue, it's just about adjusting the output to 3000. That's what we've been trying to clarify.
