You're in a great spot with a solid 4.4 rating at 1.3 volts. You might even reach 4.5 with better cooling for the higher 1.4v.

Tried last night at 1.4v, reached max 4425. Lowered back to 1.3v and held steady at 4425 – stable there. Likely need to check each core separately. Will wait for 1usmus's new release that promises automatic handling of this work.
