Hey there. I constructed the PC four weeks back, it's a solid configuration. I'm playing Rust for the first time again and I'm experiencing those freezes and stutters, FPS drops—it's really frustrating and I don't understand why. Setup details: CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D at 3.4 GHz with 8 cores, CPU cooler: be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4 with 50.5 CFM, Motherboard: MSI MAG B550 TOMAHAWK ATX AM4, RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32 GB (2x16 GB) at 3600 CL18, Storage: Samsung 980 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 3.0 X4 NVMe, SSD: Seagate Barracuda Compute 4 TB 3.5" 5400 RPM, Internal drive: Seagate Barracuda Compute 4 TB 3.5" 5400 RPM, Video card: Gigabyte EAGLE OC GeForce RTX 4070 Ti 12 GB, Case: Fractal Design North ATX Mid Tower, Power supply: Corsair RM850 850 W with 80+ Gold certification, fully modular design.

Always maintaining 100 FPS without any lag, but then experiencing those occasional freezes at around 73 FPS and other issues. It’s frustrating to have such inconsistencies in this setup.
