I attempted to locate a matching image, but it appears he mainly produces content at 1440p resolution. You can check his site here: http://www.facets.la/wallpapers/

Windows changes all wallpapers into very small JPGs which may cause quality loss. You can fix this by saving your wallpaper as a high-quality JPG, renaming it "TranscodedWallpaper.jpg", and placing it in the specified theme folder. This method doesn't apply if you have a slideshow with multiple wallpapers.
