Hey everyone! I'm trying to join the LoL server in the Philippines using my Garena account, but I can't connect to the PHP server. I've switched my IP via a VPN and tried clearing DNS, but it still doesn't work. Can someone suggest another way to play with my cousin there?

Disable the firewall, link VPN to Philippine location. Additional details unavailable. It should function.

It’s simpler for him to set up an account on the European Riot server, but the ping remains quite poor, similar to the 200s.
