The PC fails to reach the Aorus screen during startup, while using integrated graphics works fine without it. I've reset the BIOS, but after turning off and back on the PC for about half an hour, it behaves this way.

Adjusted graphics settings in BIOS to use PCIe GPU, turn off IGPU. Consider using a different PCIe slot if available.

The machine was previously functioning or it's a brand-new construction.

It functioned before, but the issue arose after connecting it (I relocated it to a different room and inspected all the cables inside).

Psu is an 850W power supply unit (modular model unspecified) and the GPU is a Radeon RX 6600 XT.

I think the GPU is the cause.

You should reposition the PC and confirm the BIOS/UEFI configuration. If you're using a bigger GPU, it might have shifted and isn't properly seated in the slot.

It's an MSI RX 6600 XT with a full Windows reinstall, and it's working fine so far.
