I had to install a program and needed to disable RTP in Defender, I don’t rely on any other antivirus. Now I’m unable to reactivate it, something that didn’t happen before I set up the software. I also use Winearo Tweaker and O&O Shut Up Windows to modify certain settings. I tried various ways—Registry changes and Group Policy—but failed. My reason for wanting it on is because it serves as a kind of protection for my name. Please help me.

it alerts me about using another antivirus (i only rely on Defender). I’m actually just using RTP and Tamper Protection, both can be enabled or disabled before this issue occurred. Even though the warning mentioned a different antivirus due to app references, I tried turning off the modifications in those programs and even removed them, but it still wouldn’t turn on.

Consider removing the additional antivirus to ensure Windows Defender functions properly. Check if your chosen antivirus displays its details or if it's missing. Try using a free trial from a well-known antivirus and perform a complete scan.

i don’t rely on any additional antivirus programs. even after adjusting the methods described in the previous apps, only warnings about alternative providers appear. I can still manage to enable and disable settings, so it seems like the Office update was handled via KMS activation again. this is happening for the same reason before.

You might reach out to Microsoft support, though they recommend removing the app so someone with expertise can assist. This should resolve the issue.
