I created a fresh PC with Windows 10 and made sure to install the 64-bit edition. Despite that, when checking the system type, it shows I have a 32-bit installation. I've repeated this process multiple times and still see the same issue. Anyone else experienced this problem? If yes, what steps resolved it?

Are you certain you possess a 64-bit processor? Also, be careful not to confuse X86 with 64-bit architecture, since you actually require an X64 system.

The system indicates an x64 processor alongside a 32-bit OS.

I verified and confirmed the selection of the 64-bit variant.

Review your Windows version and bit count using the provided link. The information will clarify whether it's 32 or 64 bits.
