There are many update problems with Alienware and Windows 10. It might be wiser to perform a fresh installation, removing all recovery settings from Dell or Alienware during the process.

Use the Media Creation Tool on the official Microsoft site to create a fresh Windows installation medium. Boot from it and follow the setup instructions. Avoid using any original Dell or Alienware media.
