You're trying to configure your PMS for remote access but facing challenges with IPv6 settings on your router. You've set everything up locally and have remote access enabled, yet when checking port forwarding on the router, only IPv6 is listed. On Plex's side, it shows full details in IPv4, which is confusing. You can obtain the correct IPv6 address of your NAS running the PMS and input it correctly. For port 32400, you should specify a source address rather than just letting the router forward all traffic. The public IP address shown by Plex should match the IPv6 address you provide. Let me know if you need further clarification!

The system indicates a mismatch between the filtering rule and the actual setting. Please specify the router model for further assistance.

IPv6 includes every available public address, so you shouldn't forward ports for it unless you specifically need to.

This provided useful guidance for locating information about Virgin Media. It explained the process of enabling port forwarding by switching your modem to IPv4 mode and adjusting its settings.
