Troubleshooting high temperatures for i7-6700k with an AIO water cooler

I just configured a new mITX build and here are the details:
■ i7-6700k processor
■ Kraken x61 AIO watercooler with fans on front intake and MX-2 thermal compound
■ Asus Z170i-Pro motherboard
■ 3200Mhz DDR4 Ripjaw memory
■ Non-oc'd GTX 680
■ 760W platinum power supply
The issue is that even with a moderate 4.7Ghz 1.375Vcore overclock, temperatures are climbing to the upper 80°C and sometimes lower 90°C. Despite setting fans and pump to maximum, the liquid stays below 50°C and the CPU hits around 92°C, which is concerning. My room temperature is about 25°C.
Also, idle temperatures fluctuate a lot on my monitoring screen. I suspect this might be due to poor thermal paste, but I’ve already replaced and reinstalled the cooler.
My troubleshooting steps so far:
■ The AIO pump header in BIOS is manually set at 100% (Qfan disabled)
■ I cleaned the block thoroughly with 99% isopropyl alcohol and a coffee filter to ensure no debris remains
■ All fans are set to 100% manually
Could this be a problem with the motherboard, cooler, or power supply? Should I focus on any specific part next? Thanks!
Avoid purchasing a used AiO water cooler. As it ages, debris accumulates in the pump and waterblock, diminishing its cooling efficiency.
Check if your case accommodates a reservoir. If yes, consider one of these options.
