Troubleshoot PC boot issues with DIMMB2. Check system logs, update drivers, and verify hardware connections.
I recently purchased a PC from Facebook featuring an Intel I5-10400 CPU, an MSI Z590 A-PRO Wi-Fi card, a Samsung 970 Pro SSD, and 2x8 OLIO 3000MHz RAM. Initially, the fans would activate but the system wouldn't start. The CPU and RAM diagnostic indicators fluctuated. After resetting the CPU and updating the BIOS, it still didn’t boot. Removing both RAM modules resolved the issue, then reinserting them caused the same problems. I removed DIMM B2 and it worked, but inserting a single stick into B2 failed. Right now I keep the sticks in A1/A2 just to verify functionality. I’m concerned about potential issues with the SSD and would appreciate any advice or settings adjustments to get B2 operational before reinstalling Windows.
