To be honest, I hadn't considered that... I'll check it out and find out. Still, I'm a bit unsure because the library computers I have are pretty limited—just online access, not full file downloads. If I can't resolve it soon, I'll switch to using other methods.

Please inquire at least; even with restrictions, there might be a way. (The most likely outcome is they’ll refuse assistance.) Good luck!

You're asking about the concept of minimum booting in a situation where Windows isn't installed. It refers to a pre-installed operating system that runs with the smallest possible setup, allowing you to access basic functions without needing a full OS. Since you can only reach the BIOS, this typically means using the built-in recovery tools or a minimal system image.

Essentials include a single RAM module, a CPU cooler, and a power supply. Any problems with these components can lead to complications.

I just tried this today but it didn’t work. The library computers are either Windows 7 or Windows 10. The Windows 7 ones wouldn’t function or even let me access the media creation tool. On the Windows 10 side, an admin password was required to run the software after download. I’m planning to format the USB drive as NTFS here and install everything then bring it home to test. Still, I have some concerns. I might need to locate someone with a Windows machine.
