I just tried this today but it didn’t work. The library computers are either Windows 7 or Windows 10. The Windows 7 ones wouldn’t function or even let me access the media creation tool. On the Windows 10 side, an admin password was required to run the software after download. I’m planning to format the USB drive as NTFS here and install everything then bring it home to test. Still, I have some concerns. I might need to locate someone with a Windows machine.
