You've recently received the b550 gaming plus motherboard from MSI. You're managing to get your CPU overclocked up to 4.5GHz, but your RAM isn't reaching its full 4000MHz and only allows a max of 3266MHz during boot. The motherboard supports 4400MHz, and your two RAM sticks are at 4000MHz. You've been working for over 24 hours without success and are hoping someone in the forum can offer advice. Thanks for your help!

The RAM sticks aren't performing well, or the CPU's memory controller isn't handling it properly. Many Ryzen 3000 chips couldn't exceed 3600, usually needing to disable the Infinity Fabric clocks.
