Probably these aren't Samsung B-die models. The main distinction lies in the heat spreader design. I think the newer (Neo) kits could be more accurately categorized, but it usually comes down to how they were made, not just the model name. "Precisely binned" means a lower risk of overclocking beyond the XMP limits.
