Trash bin and laptop issue
I powered up my PC and it began showing errors before the user profile screen appeared. The machine would freeze, and after a few attempts to force shut it down, it started working again. Still, the problem persists when I turn it on. What should I do? My system specs are: Z600 Workstation, 12 GB RAM, DDR3, Intel 160 GB SSD, Colorful GTX 750 Ti, 650 watt PSU, and it doesn’t have a built-in display.
Alright, yeah I still think that's a GPU issue.. Sadly this is a hard one to fix but here are a few steps you can try: 1. Check if your GPU is plugged in the PCIe slot all the way, might be loose? 2. Have you tried a different DisplayPort/HDMI cable? You can try a different port as well to be sure. 3. In some rare cases, a GPU driver update may help, especially if not updated in a long time. 3.1. You can also try booting in the Windows Safe Mode to see if it gets any better, could indicate where the issue lies. Good luck!! Hope it's not dying!
Thanks for your update. I verified the GPU is fully connected, including the PCIe slot, but the problem persists. I switched the port and cable—there’s a bit of rust on them. I also updated the driver from the official NVIDIA site. I’m planning to boot in safe mode now.
